Christina brings a distinctive perspective to luxury residential real estate, shaped by more than 12 years of hands-on experience as an investor, renovator, designer, agent, and developer. Her experience spans buy-and-hold investing, property renovations, high-end rental design, luxury residential sales, and ground-up luxury construction—giving her the ability to assess a property not only for what it is today, but for its underlying value, potential, quality, and long-term opportunity.
Christina understands that buying a home is both deeply personal and financially significant: it should reflect a client’s lifestyle and taste while also representing a sound and carefully considered investment. She approaches every transaction with the same care and diligence she would apply to her own and has tremendous respect for the capital her clients have worked hard to build. A strong negotiator and committed advocate, she combines thoughtful strategy, sound judgment, and a discerning eye for design to protect her clients’ interests and help them make confident decisions.
Prior to entering real estate sales, Christina spent more than a decade building and leading client advisory practices centered on highly personalized service. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from New York University with a B.A. in Economics and Business, holds an M.S. from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and completed Cornell University’s Certificate in Hotel Planning and Design. Having lived in seven countries and traveled to more than 85 across six continents, she brings a global perspective on architecture, design, hospitality, and the qualities that make a property feel truly exceptional.
