Born and raised in Los Angeles, Esther grew up in a family of well-regarded restaurateurs, and she always put service at the front of her mind. She witnessed firsthand how experiences are maximized through the dedication and warmth that her parents gave their customers. Her passion for the hospitality industry led her to New York University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel and tourism management. Through her experience working in hospitality and event management, Esther deepened the intense loyalty and care she feels for her clients, especially during times of great change and need.
In 2015, Esther joined Highland Premiere as an executive assistant and service coordinator to help spearhead the client concierge service provided by the team. Working directly with the founders, Esther's mission has always been to ensure all clients, including her own, are provided tailored services to close transactions successfully and smoothly.
