Tracie developed that skill with over 20 years of contract design work, helping clients create ideal workspaces and turning their vision into reality. When she and her husband bought a house, she was able to see past the old floor plan to envision what they wanted. As a real estate professional, she applies the same abilities to help clients realize their dreams. Having lived in the South Bay for over 20 years, Tracie has in-depth knowledge and a nuanced understanding of the market and the differences between the beach cities.

With extensive corporate sales training and experience, Tracie has the business acumen, strategy, and skills to position and successfully secure multimillion-dollar projects. She utilizes that same rigor, knowledge, and tenacity to advocate for her real estate clients.

With her belief in hard work and the pursuit of perfection, Tracie strives to achieve the best for her family and friends as well as her clients. With a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, she is a professional-level communicator as well.

Tracie is a yoga instructor as well as a volunteer at her two children’s school, where she is involved with the PTA and other groups. She also works with local organizations such as the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Food on Foot, and Baby2Baby, which provides basic, vital supplies to children in poverty.
