Football, Fall and Early Sunsets

It’s official. Fall is here! The change of seasons brings a subtle change in the weather, but also some predictable changes in the real estate industry. With weekend traditions like football, family time and holiday planning taking up time, sellers, buyers, and their agents will see a little less foot traffic at open houses. Also, with the sun setting earlier there’s even less daylight to view listings.

That said, we are still keeping extremely busy with several new listings, and we are helping buyers access active, coming soon and off-market homes to score some good deals.
