What’s On Our Minds : June 2021

What’s On Our Minds : June 2021

Unforgettable. It’s an impactful word. We all have those moments when something meaningful resonates and stays with us long after it’s over. Like when you think back to a fond memory and it makes you smile. Oftentimes, Dennis and I partner on a sale, and other times we work solo. One of my most unforgettable professional moments was when we closed on the sale of the Hees House. It’s an original design by the famous architect Richard Neutra. The iconic home was built in 1950 and has historical significance. Being brought on to sell this landmark property was a privilege, as with all of our listings, and I look forward to more of these special moments!

Best,

Most memorable to me is a home that took several months to sell during the pandemic. Vivian and I co-listed the property and we encountered challenges from the start. Buyers were avoiding shared spaces, elevators, and homes without yards. We initially had nearly 50 showings with no offers, but that didn’t deter us! To push forward, we went back to the drawing board and figured out how to best refresh and remarket the home to attract new buyers. This eventually led to our team completing the sale at list price! With values, integrity, and industry expertise at our core, we’ll always do everything we can to ensure the best results for our amazing client family.

Sincerely,
